Prohibited content
Do not generate or upload sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, hateful conduct, child-safety violations including CSAM, non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
Moderation
We screen prompts automatically before generation and may combine automated checks, human review, and moderation by upstream video providers to review prompts, images, and generation requests.
Enforcement
We may reject generations, remove content, restore or cancel credits, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report serious or unlawful conduct to authorities where required.
Reporting and response times
Send the content link or task ID, details of the violation, and your contact information to support@reeloraai.com. We will acknowledge a report within 2 business days and normally complete an initial review within 7 business days; we will provide an update for complex cases. Confirmed violations will be removed or restricted, or result in account action, within a reasonable time.
